FAQs
Here are some common questions users ask before contacting support. If you still need help, submit a request and our team will follow up.
All types and levels are welcome and supported: K-12 districts and schools for early inspiration, wellness tools, STEM exposure, and teacher development; community colleges and vocational programs for practical skill pipelines; colleges and universities as core talent sources; and research institutes or graduate programs for PhD fellowships and joint research with Genethra pillars. International institutions are encouraged, with multilingual experiences and visa pathways for top talent where applicable.
The signup process is a secure 7-step wizard. Step 1 covers basics such as legal name, type, map-verified address, website, email domain, and tax ID. Step 2 covers accreditation, size, and a detailed programs or majors table. Step 3 captures key administrative, career services, IT, and faculty contacts. Step 4 covers LMS, SIS, and technology stack readiness. Step 5 covers legal and compliance agreements, including FERPA, GDPR, data processing, and student consent templates. Step 6 covers partnership tier selection and partnership intent. Step 7 provides final review and submission. After submission, the team verifies domain and accreditation details, then provisions portal access and onboarding.
Institutions must submit: (1) legal verification of accredited status, (2) designated admin and technical contacts, (3) estimated seat count and primary use cases, (4) signed data processing and consent framework aligned with FERPA and GDPR, (5) LMS/SIS integration details, and (6) purchase documentation or funding confirmation. Our team handles most of the heavy lifting after the initial application.
The portal includes a comprehensive enterprise dashboard and tools. Institutions can view, search, and filter consented students with skills, interests, and match scores to open roles; run AGI Career Pathfinder for individuals or cohorts; run Talent Matcher to score and rank students against open roles; post targeted or public job, internship, and fellowship opportunities; manage the full application pipeline; access the AGI Suite for emotional companions, curriculum embeds, and content generation; use the Partnership Hub for tier management, co-branding, joint events, feedback, and ROI metrics; and export analytics or compliance reports.
The portal gives institutional admins full visibility and control: bulk student onboarding, cohort creation, program assignment for Wellness, MCAT, and Research tracks, real-time aggregate wellness and performance dashboards, scheduled compliance reports, tutor utilization oversight, billing and seat management, research data opt-in controls, audit logs, and direct access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Higher tiers add white-labeling and deeper API integrations.
All tiers enable pipeline access. Partner and Strategic levels provide targeted job postings visible first to partner students or prioritized in matching, dedicated recruiter support, co-hosted virtual or in-person info sessions and career fairs, feedback loops to improve our AGI matcher, and fast-track review for partner-school alumni. Internship and co-op roles are paid, project-based, and tied to real company work such as 8 Realms development, AetherHolo testing, Genethra research support, web and 3D creation, MCAT content, and operations. Part-time flexible roles can support research, micro-projects, moderation, and content. Full-time post-graduate roles span research, AI infrastructure, 3D engineering, web development, product, growth, legal, and education.
Explorer is a free or freemium tier with meaningful limits, such as 50 pathfinder runs per month and basic access. It is suitable for pilots, K-12, and initial testing. Partner is paid or usage-based, with high or unlimited quotas, dedicated support, advanced analytics, co-marketing, and priority hiring pipeline access. Strategic is custom and high-touch for deep research collaboration, joint curriculum, sponsored cohorts, possible success-based or equity elements, and institutions strongly aligned with longevity, genetic enhancement ethics, AGI for human flourishing, and talent development goals.
The platform is designed to be enterprise-grade from day one. It uses granular, revocable consent flags per student. Career matching is designed for platform benefit, while partner sharing and wellness data require explicit consent. The system maintains immutable consent audit logs, uses data minimization and purpose limitation, supports FERPA-compliant workflows and addendums, encrypts PII at rest and in transit, uses row-level security, and does not sell data. Institution admins only see their own students with the right consent scope. Raw AGI prompts or responses are not stored in identifiable long-term form.
