Legal Intern
Remote|Part Time & Full Time Positions Available
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented law students or recent graduates to join our team as legal interns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real legal practice environment, develop practical skills, and build your professional network.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on federal, state, and local laws, regulations, case law, band secondary sources
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents including memos, briefs, motions, discovery requests/responses, contracts, and correspondence
- Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and exhibit lists
- Assist with document review, organization, and production in litigation and transactional matters
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, depositions, and closings (when permitted and appropriate)
- Perform cite-checking and Shepardizing/KeyCiting of legal authorities
- Assist attorneys with trial/arbitration/hearing preparation (e.g., preparing witness binders, exhibit lists, trial notebooks)
- Conduct factual investigations and public records searches
- Help maintain and update case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Perform administrative tasks as needed (filing, scanning, copying, scheduling, etc.)
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervising attorneys
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (JD or LLM program) or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months)
- Strong academic record (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, or similar legal research platforms (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Duration
- Minimum 3–6 months (flexible start dates)
- Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week
- Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
